I joined L&T in 2011 as the receptionist. I was eager to learn and within a year, I became a Certificate Administrator. Demonstrating hard work and commitment, I have since worked my way into the Account Associate ranks.
In 2011, I began the journey of adopting a child. With various required visits and appointments to juggle, my manager was very supportive and together we came up with a plan that met the needs of my clients but also gave me the flexibility needed during this time. For that I am truly grateful.
I recently celebrated my 30-year anniversary with L&T. I’ve seen this agency grow from 50 employees to now nearly 200 employees. While that growth came with more structure, they have been able to keep the family atmosphere and customer focus that drew me to work here all those years ago.
My career with L&T spans three decades and has given me a passion for employee wellness. I find that my colleagues motivate me to make healthy choices every day and that L&T cares about the health and well-being of their employees.

Through the C.A.R.E.S. program Lovitt & Touché contributes to Arizona organizations who positively effect our local economy and communities. We continue to participate in walks, fundraising, clothing and food drives, and other events throughout the year to help provide service and support to our neighbors in need.
