An experienced leader and risk management professional, James Jorgensen serves as Managing Director, Business Insurance Arizona with Lovitt & Touché, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC Company.

In his role, James is responsible for leading all aspects for the Business Insurance team, providing guidance and expertise to build connections that meet and anticipate the needs of new and existing clients.

He brings a proven track record for delivering long-term results and providing expertise in P&L management, business development, client management, marketing and colleague engagement.                                                         

Prior to joining Lovitt & Touché, James served as Resident Managing Director for Aon, where he led numerous high-performing teams while working with a wide range of clients across industries throughout Arizona and New Mexico.

Committed to making a difference in his community, James regularly supports St. Mary’s Food Bank through donations for various campaigns, including Thanksgiving and holiday food drives. Additionally, he has guided several donation drives for Goodwill of Central Arizona.

He also has volunteered his time over the years to community youth sports organizations, including McDowell Mountain Little League, Cy-Fair Sports Association and Chaparral High School Firebirds Football Booster Club.

James earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Sam Houston State University.

James lives with his wife and three boys in Phoenix, where he enjoys spending time with his family and being active in the community through his involvement in Chaparral High School and Chaparral Firebird Football.
