With a passion for helping businesses effectively navigate risk management and organizational strategy, Jennifer Chenault serves as a Sales Executive with Lovitt & Touché. She has extensive experience intraining, development, human resources and operations, partnering with clients to create insurance programs that address each company’s unique needs over thelong term.

Before joining Lovitt & Touché, Jennifer spent more than 15 years in organizational management in the higher education industry.

With a strong belief in supporting the community, Jennifer mentors young professionals in a variety of industries as a part of the Tucson Metro Chamber’s Emerging Leaders Council. While she provides valuable guidance and insight to these up-and-coming community leaders, Jennifer learns just as much from her mentees as they do from her.

Jennifer is involved in numerous professional organizations. She serves as President of Greater Tucson Leadership, an Ambassador for the Arizona Technology Council and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management’s membership committee. Previously, Jennifer served as a member of the Casa de laLuz Foundation’s Board of Directors and as Vice President of the National Association of Women in Construction. She has also chaired numerous events, including Greater Tucson Leadership’s Man, Woman and Founder of the Year Awards, the YWCA’s POP event and the Tucson Metro Chamber’s New Executive Welcome Program.

A lifelong learner, Jennifer holds a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She is dually licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance.

Jennifer is from Boston and considers herself a food and wine aficionado and anavid blackjack table warmer. She is also “Mama Bear” to two “cubs.”
