JJ has been in the insurance industry for several years and specializes in creating sustainable and transparent delivery methods of healthcare. JJ holds a CSFS® (Certified Self Funding Specialist) designation from the HCAA (Health Care Administrators Association).  In addition to specializing in self-funding, JJ has an expertise in creating insurance program including procuring third party administrators, national insurance carriers, (PBM) pharmacy benefit managers, banking, re-insurance carriers, offshore captive management partners.

Whether it’s payroll, Human Capital Management software or employee benefits, JJ has assisted companies with strategic planning to evaluate and implement improved practices. JJ works with businesses in several industries and is therefore able to provide a unique perspective on complex subjects. He has helped small companies enroll in benefits for the first time as well as transition large companies to more effective strategies for their season in growth.
