With more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Lisa A. LaVoie serves as a Principal at Lovitt & Touché, a Marsh McLennan Agency. She focuses on building community, forming long-term relationships with clients that are rooted in both business and personal aspects. Her passion lies in understanding the needs of each client, what keeps them up at night, and knowing their goals in order to recommend customized insurance solutions.
Lisa joined Lovitt & Touché, a Marsh McLennan Agency, in 2003 and has been recognized with numerous President's Awards for her work. She was instrumental in developing and implementing a Gives Back Program at the company.
In 2022, Lisa co-founded Women in Infrastructure, where she provides networking opportunities for women in utilities and infrastructure. She also maintains a strong connection to the community, currently serving as a member of the National Association of Women in Construction. She previously served as Secretary of the Mountain Park Health Center Foundation Board of Directors and is a Past Financial Development Chair for the Valley of the Sun YMCA. Lisa also completed a term on the Board of Directors for the National Utilities Contractors Association of Arizona and Maggie's Place, a nonprofit providing housing and support to pregnant and parenting mothers.
When she is not volunteering and encouraging friends and fellow teammates to follow suit, Lisa enjoys golfing and riding her UTV. She also likes spending time in the White Mountains with her family.
