In recent years, Mike has focused on educating clients about benefits of self-funding medical plans, using our dedicated actuarial, underwriting, pharmacy and clinical resources.
Mike has been with Lovitt & Touché since 1998. Prior to that, Mike worked for a Fortune 500 Life/Disability insurance carrier.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Mary’s College of California and holds the following designations from the American College: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).
With a commitment to industry involvement and professional development, Mike is a member of Arizona Human Resources Executive Forum (AZHREF), past member of the Benefit & Compensation Committee for the Diocese of Phoenix, past member of the Board of Directors for Arizona Total Rewards Association (ATRA) and is Past President of the Society of Human Resource Management of Greater Phoenix (SHRMGP). In addition, Mike is a current member of the Board of Directors for UMOM New Day Centers, Arizona’s largest homeless shelter.
Mike has lived in Phoenix since 1990 and with his wife and four children.
