With more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Nicole Johnson serves as a Vice President at Lovitt & Touché. An insurance generalist, she continually strives to push boundaries and identify creative solutions to meet clients’ insurance and risk management needs.

Nicole commonly focuses on the construction, manufacturing and distribution, medical technology/tech and restaurant industries, as well as Lovitt & Touché’s exclusive McDonald’s program. She plays a strategic role in the growth of Lovitt & Touché, acting as a leader to young professionals both within the company and in the insurance industry in general. She holds a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation.

Nicole joined Lovitt & Touché in 2011 after five years at Brown and Brown Insurance of Arizona.

An active member of the community, Nicole has been named one of the Phoenix Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40 for her business leadership and dedication to the community. She was also recognized among the Valley’s Most Influential Millennials by Az Business.

Nicole is a former Fiesta Bowl Princess and serves on the board for Make-A-Wish of Arizona, the founding chapter of the international wish granting organization for children with life-threatening medical conditions. She serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Arizona Phoenix Alumni Chapter, which awards more than $100,000 in scholarships to high school students in Maricopa County each year. She is a member of the Arizona Subcontractor Association and the association’s BLDG group, and is also involved in the Arizona Builders Alliance Insurance Advisory Council. Nicole is a former club volleyball coach for girls 12 and under at Arizona Storm Volleyball Club.

Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education. She taught for three years, winning various accolades, including Student Teacher of the Year. She continues to use her skills as an educator to help clients grow and protect their assets.

When she is not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and wonderful son, often at the Phoenix Zoo and the Splash Pad. Nicole loves sports, cooking and backyard BBQs with friends.
