With more than 46 years of experience in the insurance industry, R.J. Riley serves as a Principal, Vice President at Lovitt & Touché. In this role, he works to create insurance programs for clients in the agriculture, manufacturing, construction and professional liability industries.

In addition to being a licensed Insurance Agent/Broker for Property & Casualty and Life & Health, R.J. is also a Licensed Adjuster, Certified Arbiter/Mediator (inactive status) and holds his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.

R.J. joined Lovitt & Touché in 1993. During that time, he has held numerous positions, including managing third party administration of self-insured clients for general liability, property, automobile and workers’ compensation, and consulted on special projects for claims and loss control for public entities.

Before joining Lovitt & Touché, R.J. was a Claims Manager at Travelers Insurance Company, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies on multi-line insurance claims, including Property & Casualty, medical malpractice, professional liability, and Directors & Officers.

With a long-standing dedication to the community, R.J. is a member of the Caballeros Del Sol, an organization that promotes local businesses in Southern Arizona. He is also Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Southern AZ, past Board Member of Greater Tucson Leadership, and a former member of Old Pueblo Business Alliance.

When he’s not working, R.J. enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and outdoor recreation.
