Scott Ragland is a Principal with Lovitt & Touché. He helps businesses enhance and customize employee benefits, offering value throughout the process for employers and employees alike.
Scott has more than a decade of benefits experience guiding companies with several dozen to several thousand employees. He advises on self-funding, underwriting, turnover, productivity, tax incentives, predictive modeling, wellness programs, claims resolution, open enrollment, benchmarking, compensation analysis, PBM evaluation, marketing and placement, claims analysis and contribution strategy.
Prior to joining Lovitt & Touché, Scott served as a Senior Managing Consultant with Willis Towers Watson, where he assisted with business development and improving client service. Previously, Scott worked with Prudential & Sun Life as a Group Sales Manager.
Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Arizona. He is a long-term member of the Executive Council, helping local youth programs and nonprofit organizations provide grants to Arizona’s youth. Scott raised over $500,000 personally in his time at the Executive Council. Scott also runs Lovitt & Touché’s Client Appreciation Day, which raises over $140,000 each year for local charities.
In his free time, Scott loves to travel, read, golf, and enjoy time with his wife and three young sons including coaching their sports teams and volunteering at local food kitchens.
