Tyler Graves serves as Bond Director with Lovitt & Touché, providing oversight of the brokerage’s entire bond department, including handling client surety needs and crafting creative, effective solutions to solve business challenges. In his role, Tyler coordinates the market selection process for new business and maintains open communication between clients and his team.

Known for his relationship-building and decision-making skills, Tyler brings a decade of experience in the financial services industry, with a specialty in construction surety.

Prior to joining Lovitt & Touché, he served as Account Executive Officer at Travelers in Phoenix, where he oversaw contract across the Southwest U.S. for contractors’ bonding needs and programs. He worked with clients ranging from startups to some of the region’s largest construction firms.

Passionate about the surety industry, Tyler previously served as president of the Surety Association of Arizona. Over the years, he has spoken before fellow professionals, educating on a range of surety topics.

In the community, he enjoys volunteering as coach for his sons’ sports teams, including baseball and soccer.

Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in global leadership from Arizona State University.

An Arizona native, Tyler stays busy with his wife and three children, playing sports and dabbling in hobbies such as woodworking and barbecue.
