With more than 22 years of experience in diverse corporate and agency environments, Will Spong serves as Managing Director of Benefits at Lovitt & Touché. He has distinguished himself as a successful licensed insurance professional who consistently exceeds client’s goals in employee benefits insurance, focusing on self-funding and employee communication platforms, and helping employers maximize utilization and save on healthcare expenses. Will focuses on innovative solutions, relying on data driven solutions while also focusing on an employer’s number one asset, their employees.

Will’s lengthy insurance career in sales and management has established him as an experienced, hands-on executive with a reputation for integrity and a background in business development. One of his greatest passions is mentoring and guiding young insurance professionals and helping the firm achieve its financial goals year over year. During Will’s tenure at Lovitt & Touché, our benefits department has achieved 100% growth in a mere 7 years.

Will started his career with Unum in San Francisco, CA, later joining the management team of a Fortune 100 insurance company.

In addition to being licensed for Life and Health Insurance, Will is also a Group Benefits Disability Specialist, a board member of The Care Fund and serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Leadership Foundation. Will thoroughly enjoys volunteering and giving back to local community efforts.

Will earned a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in marketing from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS. He is originally from Des Moines, IA and currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his two boys, Jackson and Wyatt and lovely wife, Jacy.
